Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements, Oh My!

I finally got my supplements in yesterday. These are the flaxseed oil, evening primrose, CoQ10 and L-carnatine. Well almost L-carnatine, because they actually shipped me something else. Kind of frustrating, but I have been ordering from them for years and this is the first slip they have ever made. Should have known better, when the order was being packed on New Year's Eve!

Everything is 1 pill per day except the flaxseed oil capsules -- 10 a day! Fortunately they are pretty inexpensive. I'd have gone the route of buying the oil itself, but it goes rancid far too fast for the amounts I use. And the capsules are cheaper.

So, I'm all set for the weekend, providing I can get though this afternoon's craving attacks. Probably my fault, I wolfed down my lunch because I was in a rush.

Dinner is another meal, after all.
